Qinghe Steel has extensive experience cold rolling and hot rolling carbon steel profiles of carbon steel grades to meet your customer's needs.
Qinghe Steel has extensive experience with cold rolled & hot rolled carbon steel profile of carbon steel grades to meet your customer's needs. Carbon gives steel its hardness and strength and is yet relatively inexpensive compared to other metals. The hardness of carbon steel is determined by the amount of carbon in the steel.
Carbon steel structural shapes are ideal for construction where high strength is required but low luster is not an issue. Our stock of Carbon structural steel includes a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
Qinghe Steel is proud to be offering hot rolled High Quality Structural Carbon Steel H Beams. Our Steel Beams meet all GB, JIS, and ASTM ST standards; available in Q235, Q345, SS400, S235JR, S275JR, S355JR grades. We are able to meet all client requirements as well as offer standard sizes of 5.8-12m - all either painted, galvanized or punch holed. Our carbon beams are malleable and versatile, comes with high strength and formability and its highly recyclable.
Carbon steel channel is a long bar of steel with a groove section. It is a carbon structural steel with construction and machinery. It is a section of steel with a complex section, and its section shape is a groove. Carbon steel channel is mainly used in building structure, curtain wall engineering, mechanical equipment and vehicle manufacturing.
Qinghe Steel have never stopped dedicating ourselves to offer the best products and services for our customers. With our expertise in steel products, we are committed to providing a wide range of quality steel coil products for your needs. Contact us for your project.
What standard shapes are available?
Wide ‘I’, ‘H’, ‘L’, angle, channel, square and rectangular hollow sections are universally supplied. Custom profiles on special order.
What are the common size ranges?
Standard sizes are up to 24″ for heavy structures. Thinner gauge profiles as per ASTM A1008 are used for general fabrication from 16ga to 3/4″.
How are carbon steel profiles joined?
Welding using SMAW, GMAW; bolting and mechanical fastening are common joining methods adopted based on needs.
What surface finishes are provided?
Hot rolled mill finish is standard but grinding, planing or blasting is done based on customers’ drawing specifications.
What industries utilize carbon steel profiles?
Construction, infrastructure, equipment manufacturing, off-road vehicles widely employ structural carbon steel shapes and sections.
What testing and certification standards apply?
ASTM A6, A36, A572 Grade 50 specifications are commonly referred for structural shapes. Mill test reports list mechanical properties.
What treatments help prolong outdoors use?
Epoxy powder coating, hot dip galvanizing over minimum surface preparation protects against corrosion in exterior environments.
How is pricing and availability determined?
International steel price trends, order quantity, delivery Lead Time affect pricing and inventory levels with steel suppliers. Mill rolled to order if profiles not in stock.
